Food is simple, uncluttered but with a little city flair. The emphasis is on providing quality food that uses natural ingredients, tastes great and doesn’t cost the earth.
The range of counter food and the menu reflects the diverse lifestyles of the customers who come out to the countryside from the city, or the locals from the Valley and the regular equestrians who may spend the entire day in the outdoors with their horses.
We use free-range eggs and local ingredients for all of our cooking and baking and are famous for our gourmet beef, chicken and falafel burgers as well as our long trek breakfast. There are several vegetarian and gluten-free options available at all times.
And of course there is always something tempting to have with coffee such as the moist carrot cake or the darkest gluten-free chocolate brownie, all made on the premises. Again the emphasis is on taste and quality.
Being a family friendly café, there’s a special menu for kids to choose from, a 'Children's corner' with a toy box and a couple of highchairs and baby changing table for the really little ones.
